Sudah agak lama berehat dari menulis di laman ini disebabkan tiada masa yang betul-betul terluang untuk buat kerja-kerja 'editing' setiap kali satu-satu entri hendak ditulis.  Masa yang paling lama diambil untuk edit gambar-gambar yang hendak dimuatnaik dalam entri.

CEFR KSSM Form 3 Course

It has been quite a while since the last time I posted something on this blog.  There were quite a lot things that took up a lot of time and attention that did not really allow me to do anything else related to work.  Well, I consider updating this blog as part of my work.

Language Materials Adaptation

This is the last course for English teachers in the district Tampin for this year.  And as the school year draws to a close, teachers from more than fifty pre-schools, secondary and primary schools in this district, can now take a long sigh of relief, as far as attending courses are concerned.

Developing Reading Strategies for ESL Learners

Jika sebelum ini satu bengkel telah diadakan khusus untuk pelajar, kali ini sebuah bengkel diadakan untuk para guru khususnya bagi mereka yang mengajar menengah atas iaitu di tingkatan empat dan lima.  

Bengkel 'The Art of Writing"

Sudah agak lama penulis tidak mengadakan bengkel untuk pelajar.  Banyak perkara yang perlu diberi perhatian sebelum satu-satu jemputan untuk mengadakan bengkel untuk pelajar dijalankan, khususnya dari kesesuaian bahan dengan tahap kebolehan pelajar.  

Kursus Reading di ELTC

Penulis memang sentiasa menantikan sebarang kursus yang dianjurkan oleh English Language Teaching Centre yang terletak di Bandar Enstek, Seremban.  Walau dalam keadaan yang sakit kaki, penulis gagahi juga untuk hadir ke kursus tersebut.

Kursus Kemahiran Manipulatif

Pada 12hb April 2017, tenaga pengajar tingkatan 6 SMK Tuanku Abdul Rahman telah mengadakan Kursus Kemahiran Manipulatif mereka untuk sesi yang ketiga.  Kursus ini telah mereka hadiri sementara para pelajar tingkatan 6 menghadiri kursus MUET.

Bengkel Highly Immersive Programme

Pada tahun lepas, Highly Immersive Programme (HIP) ini telah diperkenalkan ke 6 buah sekolah terpiliah di daerah Tampin ini. sekolah-sekolah tersebut adalah SMK Bukit Rokan, SMK Pasir Besar dan SMK Bukit Jalor, juga tiga buah sekolah rendah.

One of the few things that I have been waiting for where carrer is concerned is this much awaited Symposum which has been the talk of everyone in the SISC+ circle since last year.  This symposium is organised by English Language Teaching Centre in Bandar ENSTEK in Nilai, Seremban.

Sudah agak lama kursus yang menggabungkan SISC+ dari beberapa buah negeri tidak diadakan.  Namun setelah sekian lama menunggu, ruang itu muncul untuk kami bertemu semula untuk menjalinkan silatulrahim selain daripada bertukar-tukar pengalaman masing-masing.

Satu taklimat Penataran Format Baru Bahasa Inggeris UPSR 2016 telah diadakan pada 16hb Oktober 2015.  Taklimat yang telah diadakan di Pusat Kegiatan Guru Gemencheh di SK Dato Abdullah, Gemencheh telah dihadiri oleh 39 orang guru Bahasa Inggeris; seorang  dari setiap sekolah rendah di daerah Tampin.

The environment was nowhere compared to the accommodations we used to be provided for when we previously attend courses, workshops or seminars.  Nevertheless, we were very grateful that the organiser of this course had finally come up with enough allocation to put us up here.

From the 5/5/2015 to 7/5/2015, I was among the many participants who attended the School Support for Writing workshop organised and conducted by the people from ELTC or English Language Teaching Centre.  The workshop which was conducted to cater to participants from the southern zone of the peninsular was held at the Pusat Latihan Guru dan Perkhidmatan in Bandar Tenggara, Johor.

Tahun ini ELTC (English Language Teaching Centre) sekali lagi mengadakan siri kursusnya untuk membangunkan Bahasa Inggeris dan memberi beberapa tunjuk-ajar kepada guru tentang teknik dan kaedah pengajaran Bahasa Inggeris yang lebih berkesan kepada pelajar.
